Training
I do a lot of QGIS training, from the very basics to more advanced. I do this primarily in person but I also have online courses so you can learn at your own pace, as well as a YouTube channel with lots of tips. I have more than 16,000 people learning with me in over 180 countries worldwide.
Maps
I make all kinds of maps, usually with a UK focus, but I have also created many maps of different parts of the world, as well as on topics like global population density. My maps have been seen by millions of people and cover all kinds of topics – from rainfall and land use to politics and populations.
Spatial Analysis
I’m often asked to help organisations with spatial analysis problems (such as what’s nearest? or how long does it take to reach x?). For these kinds of things my PhD in urban and regional analysis comes in handy. I’ve done this kind of work for regional and national governments, as well as small charities.
